Updating The Top Hat Menu
Anyone who has checked in on our web page can tell you that we have been updating our menu. Here is a picture of our fearless leader, Kevin Shorter, going over his notes for the new menu. The recipes are something to behold.
As Washington, DC caterers, we have to do a lot to stay on top and call ourselves Top Hat.
